I feel AR finds you restrained in some way. As though you aren't liberated to be or do something that you may deeply wish to.
Perhaps this isn't something, it could be your mindset. Possibly you're observed as 'stuck', or
immobilized.

From his serious pov he may believe your position (thinking or physical) should not be so difficult to overcome. He looks at you as though you're in a knot and just need to find your way outside it. Idk if that even makes sense. lol
He wants to speak but his self power holds himself back but there's something he'd like to say.

pulling these together, maybe AR sees you as
a kindered spirit who they care for strongly let as much as AR is known to speak the mind, is holding back while you figure out your direction and how to get yourself decided, moving. Once you make a decision, you may hear the voice of AR ..
