Topic: Palmistry specialist here?

Does anyone have skills on reading palms?
Earlier this year my left hand took a deep gnash within the center of my palm. It changed my unique patterns (as we each have our own) and I've watched it transform over the months. I really hope someone can advise me on peculiar markings besides the one I created by my mishap. I have found a Mason symbol right on my Heart/Path line?
I think the third on is path and destiny runs downward to the wrist .. actually this is that line connected to the heart line. Is this why all these MMs have always pursued me? Anyway I didn't notice this mark until now. Idk when it first arrived in my palm. I have been accepting, finally gifts I always denied. Maybe that was the trigger.
A protracter I think the symbol is, whichvis highly unusual imo. Appearance it is like the fish if I had to choose a specific symbol that generally is noted. The place my gnash was at is a huge crescent Moon in my Palm.
The thought occured to me how busy we as humans get and little marks might happen, that we are not aware of on our palms. Through ware and injury. Maybe our lines of destiny and such change? Any thoughts there?
My other Q is, if anyone does do the Palmistry reading, if I'm able to get a decent photo, might someone help me read this?
