I think you will have a longtime partner, or marriage, cause your Juno/Jupiter midpoint is square DSC and North Node. But it could be a very free relationship, more based on very intimate friendship than romantic feelings.
As for your career, you may dedicate yourself a lot to a profession that has to do with one of those fields I have mentioned, maybe having to do with a foreign culture, or art/fashion/design, something creative.
