I have pulled these cards from you:

Two of Pentacles - High Priestess - Page of Pentacles reversed - Chariot reversed
Clarification/Advice: Temperance

The first two cards talk about him being very unsecure about how you feel about him and so he holds back and he's very undecided. With the Page of Pentacles and Chariot reversed, in such a context, again he looks not to be ready to pursue you and maybe he doesn't have faith about a possible committment with you.
The last card, Temperance, says it takes time and patience, but if you both have true feelings, you might have to find a way to get closer and express your feelings. It may take a while though.

I too pulled Temperanc, so that is definitely an answer to hold to. It's Sagittarius and 14 energy. It's about compromise. In moderation matching energy in a harmonious connection. This is a YES btw.
I pulled a clarifying card ~ Strength.
More fire. You definitely share desire. This is about compassion, courage and magnanimity.
