I have a couple questions

1: will my reserve (I’m First Nations) fund/pay for the Dental Assisting course I want to take this year from CDI College or KDM College?
2: are my parents really going to move to British Columbia, Canada this year? They want to but will they? My dad’s said this in the past but it never came to fruition. Is 2021 finally the year?
3; will I like the Bioderma Intensive baume? (I’m dealing with super dry Canadian winter skin right now and looking for a good new moisturizer! Lol)

I ask your first question with lenormand(i didnt specify on the colleges though)

Crossroad(cross on crossroad)-snake(star on snake)-garden(fox on garden)-book(bouquet on book),whip(coffin on whip)

The whole spread suggests yes, i did ask for 2021. Fox on garden being the centre you will be showing your determination to do this course. At the end we have coffin on whip, all the work in applying will come to an end and bring about change. You seem to have some choices to make early on. Theres a bit of work involved in applications

So it's a yes from me i think you will be offered the funding. Dont know for which college. Let me know how it goes - yes/nos can be tricky.

Mine is also a yes/no - Will i drop a dress size by end of April(no quote please)?

For your Q’s I tried something new for Y/N, upright are yes answers and reversed are no’s.

- unfortunately I got a no answer. I pulled 5 of pentacles reversed. Maybe this is something that will happen in the future but I’m seeing no for this year.

2: are my parents really going to move to British Columbia, Canada this year? They want to but will they? My dad’s said this in the past but it never came to fruition. Is 2021 finally the year?
- I got a no for this as well: Six of cups reversed. This card is about living in the past and forgiveness so that’s interesting you say he has said this in the past.

3; will I like the Bioderma Intensive baume? (I’m dealing with super dry Canadian winter skin right now and looking for a good new moisturizer! Lol)
- I got a yes! Haha 3 of swords (upright). Also just To recommend one, not sure if you have used Cetaphil but they have a deep hydrating moisturizer that’s good!

I feel you will find yourself in limbo as you wait; however looking at this in another perspective,  may be your way to this goal.
(getting that college funding). Possibly trying to wait patiently,  and/or modifications to your request forms. It could be a little change is needed to get your yes. As you make it, just hang around and stay positive. 
 Clarification  was the Yes with your Knight of Wands.
I feel that once you get this Yes, it will be sudden. This may possibly be seen via transits to your Scorpio energy in your natal chart.

  The decision  of moving or the actual move could be even up til this February 8th. Or documentation might be giving a green light by then. I feel this decision is mentally exhausting just waiting,  hanging between New/past worlds. Due to the challenges in making this transition ~ they will feel very relieved once they turn their back on parts of where their life together had less satisfying  growth. Newness will be very good for them!

Btw I hated the moisturizer haha which makes sense, as 3 of swords is a very strong no card. I know you set the intention of upright is a yes, but I’d stick to the energy of the card itself. It seems to work the best for me, and I’ve tried lots of different methods since yes or no’s can be tough with tarot!

For you
I got a strong no for a new job this year. And I also got a neutral but learning more towards a yes for the current job. Stick it out and things will improve with that, I’m feeling positive change. Just wait it out and go through the adjustment period. Looks Iike it’s probably a male dominant or traditional more masculine type job or your surrounded mostly by men? And you might not like that or wish you had more friends that were women there or just more friends in general. Seems like the job or environment might involve conflict or competition.
With king of swords/hierophant, it also looks like it could be a government or authority type job, maybe working with technology or computers, IT or healthcare. But a “smart” job that probably involves some type of degree or specialized knowledge. This could also be telling me though that you would prefer to maybe branch away from your current field and go into something more spiritual? I’m getting that vibe. Or this could simply be a boss or male figure at your work that you don’t like (or do?)

You might need better rest too. I had a huge exhausting experience in December. Many people are having sleep troubles.

I finally got mine back into an even flow, found I better adapt with a nap and a shorter night sleep from once I was accustomed. DNA is changing they say, msybe that's why.

Oh nooo! Haha that sucks! I’d still recommend the cetaphil brand. And yes or no’s could be a bit tricky for me so Ive been doing research about it and wanted to try something new but will now stick with the energy of the card instead. Thank you for the feedback!

Quick update.. my did well in surgery and is now in recovery. Thank you for the prayers.
