I tried your question with tarot. I asked within 3 months

queen of pentacles, 6 swords(ace cups), 6 wands(High priestess), 4 pents(3 swords), 3 pents

I think you will see progress and results during these months, and you will start noticing the change. I do think though you will enter a period of being a bit frustrated or at least wanting to change something and you may turn to someone for advice there. Looks like 4 pents at the end shows some foundation at which the architect(3 pents) will further work on. There is progress here but i dont see very high numbers in this spread(it's mainly 6's which shows movement) - so i don't think you will reach the end goal during this time but I think you will see progress in the direction you want for most of the time.

I'm not used to these type of questions so let me know how it goes

January 22 - February  22
9 Of Wands  -  Your energy is looking well spent. Were we to take into account only that which we are reading on (F). You are putting so much effort into the F during your first month, it leaves you still with some energy, you're  not at capacity.  Which is good. You want to stay under 10 or you'll  burn out, possibly not getting to a healthy outcome.
We see this in the clarifying card (Hermit). Experiment with rest/recovery as well the F so your body will be in it's  healthiest potential.

February 23 - March 23
Ace of Cups -
Both your energy levels and your progress look good during this period.  Drink plenty of water and if you're ready / or open to trying a new endeavor with (F). New challenge,  your body likely will be excepting of doing that now. Your endurance, strength and ability has been gained.
Clarification  with ~  knight of Wands
 Your energy truly will be so good you might over push. Listen to your body not to over do it.  An injury could take you off course.

March 24 - April 24
Knight of Pentacles  -
Your progress up til now has been fantastic. This is a good indication you have had success and still will.  However; this month could feel slower. It may feel you're moving slower. Eating right to carry yourself to goal could mean eating more (for fuel) or less (to remove excess) ~ pushing moisture will bring healthy flow, rhythm in your goal.
Clarification- 5 Of Swords
I feel you're  going to want to implement either eating less or lifting more. Depending on your F routine. Swords are heavy. As well the Sword can be the tongue.  Eating.
I feel this 3rd month will require some experimentation to find your correct plan to achive your desired goal.

It'll probably work for a while but I don't see him being the man in your life. There is good chemistry, you get along, but its like its going to take time in developing, it's very slow BUT I see another man who is not him. Do you have any other interest right now? probably someone that can look for you during mercury retro? I'm not really sure.

Yes, my past is coming back. "He's" been reaching out aggressively. Mercury rx has a strong pull. I'm telling him it's better left in the past, yet he can't let me go.

First question;

queen cups(ace wands), 10 pentacles, star(world), 5 pentacles(hermit), 7 swords

I would say yes you will work well together, and gain alot of knowledge from each other. However I think there will be at some point you(or even they) might feel you are working alone and carrying everything yourself( or themselves). However my 5 pentacle cards have a lady sitting looking at the ground with a man looking down towards her, what this means is someone is there for you even though you might not realise - basically if you need help or are stuck - ask. 7 swords is not so bad in work reading imo as it is a card of intellect, but the danger of this card for me is the person holding all the swords(ie keeping thoughts and ideas to oneself). So yes I think you will work well together but there may be a point where one person feels they are working alone and that the other is keeping ideas to themselves, so this might create a feeling of being wary of each other one might also feel they know more because of experience. However the person is there to help if the the other person just asks! But I think generally you will work well together as it is a learning opportunity and a chance to gain knowledge this is generally a great spread.

Second question:

I dont know if E is a person or not. But if E is not a person then the person I am referring to is whoever is working on it. In the end yes, will be a good fit but at the start there will be some frustrations or teething problems, perhaps they wont know where to start or understand the end goal but at time goes on they will get into it, things will work out well. There is some male energy in this spread so I'm thinking a male will be helping out in someway. But to answer what you asked: yes.

     He see's you as a dominating person maybe a codependent nature or someone who is attached to another energy, restrictive *chained, (D card),
This could be viewed in a positive perspective (qualities he'd like to have, say if he doesn't connect with others with the connection as the D carries). Co dependency is not always negative - balance is the key when we apply the D energy. .. but it also hints at jealousy. Yet to fully see his opinion,  the other card might help sharpen our lense.

~ I feel by these energies, based on my cards, the dragons are represented here On your 8 of Swords card, there's a seething red dragon with green eyes. The devil is the fire breathing green dragon.
