There is definitely a past life connection. No doubt. I feel like I've known him many times before. I feel like I'm free to be myself with him, which is rare for me with a guy, but also there's an aspect where I feel very open. Like way more open that I should be this quickly. Lol. I have been taking it slow and intend to continue getting to know him, of course. I've had the experience of feeling accepted and comfortable around someone before, but it was more superficial, like I just had a feeling that I shouldn't and didn't want to be more than friends. This is different in that it could be way too easy to be more than friends right now.

As you said, sacral, scorpio, 8th house energy is very strong. And I forgot that supermoon was in Scorpio!

Wow! Thank you!!! This resonates big time. I have known him for over 20 years. His cousin is my best friend and he and I have been friends for years. I don’t know of him having a sex addiction, but I think the devil might be his wife who is extremely manipulative. He has always felt a strong attraction toward me, which is why I asked about a relationship beyond sex. But up until recently I never felt the same. I know that he wants to divorce his wife. They have not slept in the same bed in months and he says that he has no desire to be intimate with her. But she seems to have some weird strong hold over him.

I don’t necessarily think we will ever be together. When he finally does divorce her, I know she will not go without a fight. I’m not sure that I want to be a part of that. We have been talking more. He’s been confiding in and as I have begun to grow feelings for him, I guess I was just curious if he is feeling the same or some sort of connection beyond the physical attraction that I’m already aware of. But yes... it will take a lot for him to truly be done with his wife and for us to then be together. She’s definitely not going to go without a fight.

That is hard but I understand. It has to be heavy feelings on yours and his hearts. Maybe he's a Cardinal sign? His bond of marriage is powerful?

He might see her as her worst. If she's Capricorn she might carry that energy. Maybe his Venus in Cap is the reflection of his Devil energy in the reading- unhealthy attachment most definitely.
