I was born on 17 December 1989 at 11:45 PM in Timisoara, Romania. This year and next years seem to be a turning point in my life. I've checked transits, progressions ans solar arcs and there are many changes mentioned.
I already feel it since the start of this year...I felt extremely unhappy with my work as a project manager, so I discussed it with my manager. I'm in a moment where I'm looking for a new job, and don't have any prospects. I'm not involved in any projects right now while I search for a new job. I feel extremely discouraged and confused. I'm also torn because my husband and I are trying to have a baby since last year, and other than an early misscariage in October, we didn't have any luck.

Some aspects that raised my attention for this year:

Tr Neptune conjunct Ascendant
Tr Jupiter square Pluto
Tr South & North Node square Ascendant
Tr North Node conjunct MC

For 2022:
I see a lot of squares made by Chiron to my natal planets Mercury, Saturn & Neptune from 4th house.

Natal Saturn will probably be where you need to focus your astrological attention/effort now. ... So, note that natal Saturn is opposing natal Chiron - and the latter is in a learning triangle with natal Pluto and your natal North Node.

I think this is telling us that you need to explore the Cancer-in-10th-house Chiron wound, which was inflicted by events in your childhood and is now having a negative effect upon your self-confidence.
