Hello, no problem. Such questions are easy
I drew the cards:

Letter - Birds - Scythe

I would think Y would find the the conversation hectic and stressed then seek to end it as soon as possible/abruptly. Y would be on the alert, possibly worried about getting hurt so Y would cut the conversation/interaction short.

I view it as you genuinely wanting to form a reconnection with Y hence letter, with bird being for communication with Y but Y would be reluctant and unreceptive.

For where are things going between K and E, the cards I got are:

Whip - Child - Fox

Whip - child and whip - fox hints at possibility of abuse (mental for child, physically for fox). Be careful of potential gaslighting/narcissism and manipulation.
Child-fox suggests that E is perhaps gullible and susceptible to the tricks/manipulation mentioned above.

Coffin - Clover - Sun

With the coffin, I feel that perhaps you are under a lot of pressure to do well or your work load is simply overwhelming and crushing you. Perhaps its causing you depression? With clover as advice, I suggest you to let go as many burdens and responsibilities as possible, lighten up. Clover - sun, you will find happiness, small happiness after lightening up and relieving yourself of some stress.
Doing so, will lead to coffin- sun, the release of gloomy days to brighter sunny days

(Seems counterintuitive, but sometimes being too stressed about something can lead to thought paralysis)
I suggest you to split your tasks into smaller manageable tasks and tick them off your to do list one by one.

Yes you are getting my vibes very much.
I have too many hidden enemies and no lack in workplace. There are always conflicts at workplace. Conflicts with colleagues and boss too. The way I work, the way I talk, the way.... etc etc now welcome by others. I'm different and unique from all. That's the problem here. I think you are very right. I have a feeling too that soon conflicts will end and I will be at better place. Or may be there will be better opportunity at different places. I think the cards you drawn are telling the future of me. I think this will happen soon.
