  The Aquarius is 11 and this repeats your Yes from the first question,  only I asked specifically for March 2021.
Also there are multiple trines upon the art of this card. Which reflects for me that the Air trine coming up on the FM is possibly involved. One diamond in the design. (pentacle). Pluto is honored with #22 here. Together they are a Master #33. (3+3 is 6 Virgo house).

Most interesting here is Pluto is standing in front of a dark planet in which is probably Pluto but it's so dark and full, this could be as well him facing opposite the Full Moon, dark side if her. You can look at Rs chart and add Pluto to your list but he might be a neg influence in the answer - yet we need ALL criteria to learn truth imo.

Transiting Venus and Sun will join Chiron in his 6th house as well. This will trine his natal Leo sun in 10th house.

On 29 March, Transiting Moon will be getting close to natal Pluto-ASC.

Oh I meant the current transiting planets in Pisces which at the moment are opposing some of his natal Virgo planets.

It's also interesting that you mention the Aquarian theme in the cards and astrology because R is currently going through his Uranus return (well, sort of)- Tr. URanus opposite natal Uranus! This is happening across his 1st-7th houses as well.

The link above is R's natal chart with current transits. He does have some planets in Virgo itself close to the degrees you mentioned. He has an early Gemini moon too, but at 4 degrees or so. His Libra ASC is at 17 degrees, with natal Pluto at 14deg.

Sorry for the slight delay in getting back to you, it was a bit hectic yesterday!

Yes, I think this job in software is creative to some extent. He will be in a junior position like your cards suggested. He had the interview yesterday and said it went very well, and feels fairly positive that he has got it, but they will let him know by the end of next week which seems like a long time for him now!

So on 28/3 which is the next full moon, interestingly, R will have tranisting Moon conjunct Natal Mars. With the new moon coming up tomorrow, it is Tr.Mars conjunct natal Moon! Well, that conjunction actually came exact either yesterday or the day before. So it seems like a recurring theme there, mixing lunar, mars and Mercurial influences too.

The sun-Venus-Chiron conjunction will move into Aries by the end of March of course and that is sitting in his 6th house still having left Neptune behind teetering on the cusp of his 5th-6th house, and loosely conjuncting Mercury.

I hope this points to action starting, because with the aries energy too it adds to the Martian themes in his Transits. I suppose it may also reflect his current, slight impatience too which is understandable.

Have you had any experience with transits where it is like a double whammy, so to speak?

Also, I just noticed, I was looking at the transits for sort of midday where I live. The actual Full Moon doesn't occur til later of course so that was just me being stupid haha!

Further to add by touching on your point about Pluto, after the full moon, R will have the Tr.Moon conjunct his natal Pluto...I think that supports the transformative nature of the planetary action and also what your cards suggest as well. He is rebuilding himself from the ashes perhaps...

He received a message last night from the company offering a second interview on Tuesday, so that's good!

He is fairly positive but recently has started to feel unsure because it isn't very good pay and is a bit of a commute. He is worried they will treat him badly like his last company did. I have tried to reassure him that there's no need to stay there forever... because the pay is so low he will probably have to anyway but right now it is about getting the experience so that he can really establish himself in this field.

 My advice  is for R to be "clear" on the needs to be a happy employee there. As well if it will feel less desirable as an offer - tell them honestly the commitment can be x,y or z. I did this once and marked the date to stay on a year - I made it true too. Had a brilliant offer one yr later.

   With that info we see our Full Moon is in Libra. *Venus,
Mars is very involved +Aries season is Mars powered. but if it lingers through Taurus season (Venus), then lands in Mercury powered Gemini that's where I feel the end of potential may be left June 20th.

   Did the interviewer tell R there was a deadline to hiring +/or hearing a callback answer?

Many thanks again, it's really sweet of you to read for us with so much detail!

I think the hiring manager wanted someone for 29 March..we've not heard anything since. However, all this happening recently plus events that have happened over the last few years has prompted him to think about how to direct his talents accordingly. He has an opportunity to become a teacher later in the year (around September), but before then he must pas an English language exam in May.

He will continue to apply for jobs to keep him going til then but is very motivated to go ahead with this now. He has been trying for years and it was his late fathers' wish, although of course with Covid it has put things on hold a bit as these opportunities only come about once a year in this country.

  I am so sorry this did not bring the results we had wanted, that I had seen the information incorrectly, as well the clues.

My nudges are difficult to learn as I try to weave between my abilities the traditional styles and in use for others too. I'm  so new still. For R and you. I will say that due to the present situation with the c 19, R should not hold himself to a promise that might (now) be more lofty than it might had been before. As so many people in employment were misplaced now, nepotism is a possibility in places. It could have been in part why R wasn't given this opportunity - Or networks of friends to friends may have been the benefited one hired, if this makes sense. In any case, R was considered but the competition was rather tight. He may havebeen second choice.

I would not exclude the possibly of him having his name shared between companies (networked associations) . As I had mentioned, it could be offered later (a different agency) but it is a potential to not forget. Why do I say this? Because you told me they gave him a second interview  iir. (hope my memory is correct) It certainly takes interest to request one in these times but a second look is true interest. 
As well Uranus was pretty instrumental.

Regarding to the "teaching" path. I'd be happy to look@ R's charts *progressed and natal w/ transits, if you wish to share them. I'm so-so but can research as I go with areas I might have troubles with.

I can understand more than 50 or 60% anyhow. You most certainly can try asking Todd, Stoika ?Graham to look at them. Even others may chime in.

Re: reading on" the teacher path". I am sage-ing today. My readings were not good recently so I took time away after my "dark" thread. I felt it necessary to have a break from much reading but it seems it's been about a week. Today I've been clearing my/other interfering energies.
I'd  be more than happy to read those charts too. I could note on them if you want to place them on a dedicated thread and answer what I do here on this thread or you can place them here. Iys is up to you. As well if you prefer not to, it's all up to you. I sincerely will do my best.
