Nice guy but can't seem to have any real intimate relationships. If I do I tend to get nervous. But I can get down when I got to. Is there any hope for me in legitimately caring long enough to maintain a bond that could turn into something beyond friends?

So looking at your chart, I think you’re ok.
You have a third house stellium, strong air influence with the Aquarius also.
Your Venus (the planet of love) is conjunct Neptune and Uranus. Venus is also your 7th house ruler which is Taurus.

So you are a difficult mix of practical in terms of love, but you also have very high expectations and can be unrealistic in terms of your ideas of what love should be.
You also tend to be hot and cold in terms of our affections and also just with your emotions as a person in general. You are changeable, and tend to overthink about your own feelings way too much.
But you do have a level of depth, intensity and passion within you. You have a Scorpio rising with Pluto there in the 1st, mars in Leo and your sun is in Pisces in the 4th. You do have emotions and can be quite sensitive and emotional at times.

Basically, you’ll want to find someone who understands you and that you’re not going to be hot all the time, you’re someone who appreciates independence in a partner and relationship, you probably won’t want to be together all the time. Find a girl who has some strong aqueous or Uranus energy to her and you guys will probably be a good match
I also think that an intellectual/mental connection is something you need and should be seeking above all else in terms of the type of partner and relationship you’ll be happiest and most comfortable with, rather than the traditional relationship of deep emotions and passion and romance etc. Not to say you can’t or won’t have those things as well, but it just shouldn’t make you feel like there’s something wrong with you if those things aren’t important, fulfilling or sustainable for you.
Everyone is different and there’s someone out there for everyone
Not everyone is emotional or wants or feels comfortable with lots of emotional intimacy or feeling-based relating.
That’s ok. But honestly I think if you meet the right girl, and you go slow (Venus in cappy) and ease your way into the deeper stuff, it will come much more naturally and feel better for you. Just gotta find the right person too that you trust and feel comfortable with and have a good understanding and compatibility.
