Hi everyone!

Is there anyone who would like to be a sitter for predictive test readings

Any yes/no question will do and with a timing that you’ll be able to check. So ideally it should be clear within max the month.

And if you would like to participate then please update on how it played out/give feedback.

Since it’s practice it’s possible they are not 100% accurate (yet).

If you are game from that, then awesome 👏

That’s great! If you can give me the question then great.

So for example is X going to contact me

Or maybe there will be an event you know should take place (date, exam, job interview, house offer etc.)

What’s the outcome.

The cards I pulled do not look favourable for that timeline. I understand you are wanting something else and/or the current environment may feel “pressuring” you.

You may even see a job you really like and are well suited for. But it’s not within the month.

So in short it feels like all the preparation is there and you are getting ready to leave a certain position. But it’s not yet finalised.

It’s like you can see it, taste it, smell it, that what you want, but it’s not yet arrived/present. However I would assume things are in motion (or will be set in motion). Including seeing positions/interviews. And opportunity arriving.

I do not expect this to play out within a month. The timing is important for checking

I rephrased the Q into future between you two and if you could remain together. Remember its focussed around a month.

You are very solid in this connection and/or position within work. And what I see now is some ‘ending’ around that sense of security around the two of you.

However, it doesn’t look as severe yet. Or not around that month mark. Like there’s room for it to play out well.

It it simply around where you’d be ‘sitting’ and/or like other departments?

I feel it’s still undecided. Or you you afraid the other person will be given a notice?

So for you essentially I feel no issues. For the other person I feel there’s something conflicting around this.

And the communication is a bit hazy (and I’ll expect that to still be uncertain within the month timeframe).

I’m also feeling there’s being looked at long-term improvements from this company that are build on solid connections (guessing from employees). So it’s like a restructuring.

On the long run (way beyond the month) I do feel the person you ask about actually desires something else. They have different ambitions and would be on the look-out for places that can offer them those type of opportunities. Especially if companies have links to overseas connections.

I actually looked at your sister.

This is not a timing question. So I can’t check this.

What I’m getting now that a lot is being build on hopes and wishes around this. Especially because they desire a change for themselves. And they do desire success.

However, I’m seeing unfocused energy around this. So if they want this then they need to learn how to do this. Otherwise (or at least now) there is no profit here.

Do they have the willpower to set this up and make a bit of money? Yes. It needs a different approach though. And it’s a bit of money I see now.

Please know that I’m testing these, so take them with a grain of salt

I seem to be getting a lot of info around it, BUT I’d love to see clear outcomes from them. And I must admit it’s not as clear a yes or no for yours on this specific question.

What I’m getting here is that they are impressed with you and your resume. And this reading therefore also doesn’t seem to be clear but, because I feel like they really like you as a candidate, but cards do not scream a convincing YES yet.

I also feel they see potential in you executing this job.

Is there a man making this final decision?

So here’s my conflicting thing: I feel they really like you. It also feels there is a potential for working there (unless you already do that) and there’s a sense of “being a great employee”. And having trust in that.

But it also feels like there’s another contestant out there they like a lot. And they have a skill set that speaks to them. And I feel that’s what you are up against.

So my answer on getting to the final round is YES.

Based on them seeing to really like you.

As a side note: please know I’m not as sure in reading these cards.

My answer is going to be YES based on I feel there’s a potential with more money. I feel the manager/boss would do that as a favour to you somehow?

Because in general it feels like you are valuable to that specific location. BUT that your request can be honoured.

In general these cards are mostly positive.

I am going to go with the most positives fir a YES (so fo update how it went).

Here’s how it feels: maybe you shared and/or offered/suggested something to them that you believe in and/or is beneficial.

I don’t really feel that Jordan feels the same way about whatever was in the letter. It seems beneficial to you, not them. Which is why they’d rather smooth over it and/or avoid it when there’s contact.

Especially if you made some type of offer/proposal around this.
