I pulled Strength, 4 of swords (reversed), and queen of rods.

If this is a romantic connection, with the strength card and 4 of swords reversed JA could possibly be harboring strong feelings for you. Maybe JA is frustrated at the lack of progression in your relationship or withdrawing a bit. Are they shy or more passive? JA sees you as an independent person with a strong influence, maybe a social or popular person. If this isn’t romantic maybe you just have a strong influence on them and in a positive way, they think fondly of you. But they may need to take some time to themselves for whatever reason.

Yes, I would say romantic. We have not met yet; but met online, spoke on the phone, snap chatted etc. He flirts and says he is interested...but its like STAGNANT we don't meet up....like what issue ughh...

I am so frutstrated. Yes, I do feel he has withdrawn...like he flirts other times..its like complete ignoring me...

So I do think this is a combination of both being in a equal phase of thinking of eachother and the memories. I see that you both have recently been reflecting on happier more prosperous times together and how solid of a foundation you two seemed to have. You both also think of the regret, sadness pain of the separation. Both of you are feeling it; but not outwardly addressing it. I do think that he is feeling particularly unfulfilled in his love life and not having options that meet his needs. So, I would in short the dreams are definitely being had for good reason <3
