I have searched online and on this forum but have not found any info about this particular placement. I have gemini on 7th house cusp (empty house), with mercury in pisces exactly conjunct IC. I have virgo on 10th house cusp as well.

So this doesn't answer the question about Mercury in IC, but it does indirectly describe your chart a little more. If those planets were in your 4th house as opposed to 3rd- I would say this would better describe your childhood. A cohesive, vibrant and communicative family life. But they're in your 3rd... so this might bleed into your family upbringing, but really I think this is more descriptive of your thoughts, communication, and sibling life.

100% true! I need to be mentally stimulated more than anything else in any kind of 1 on 1 relationship. I think this is why my romantic relationships are so few and far between! I am a very mentally active person, constantly thinking and eternally curious, and very rarely meet people who share this quality who are compatible with me.

most definitely! but this is quite challenging to find in a partner! I have yet to meet someone who has a positive effect on my mind and is interested in helping me better myself mentally. I have spent much of my life trying to develop more spiritual awareness, and frequently end up meeting people who I am attracted to, who are not at the same level of awareness at all that I am. In my one major relationship, I would say though that he had a positive effect on my mind, but it was through really working through my own mental issues in order to love him better.

I am involved in some business with my brother (by no choice of our own), but I am the one in control of the business, while he is actually quite an aggravating factor to me and to the business, due to his lack of knowledge and personal issues. this has actually been a major issue for me over the past 5 years; him being so adversarial and acrimonious towards me that i became ill as a result of his actions.
