Hi Everyone!

I’ve tried for years to dissect my own natal chart but I’ve never been able to come up with an interpretation that makes sense. My chart doesn’t seem to have very many positive aspects, especially in my eighth house.

In the eighth I have Saturn and Jupiter conjunct, with Pluto in the same house, all in Libra. I used to think I at least had Venus in good aspect to Saturn and Jupiter, however I found out yesterday that the semi square aspect is actually negative. So there goes that theory!

I have many difficult positions in my chart, but I can assure you I’ve had a good life!! And I have not had a remarkable life good or bad. I’m not a serial killer and definitely NOT a pedofile (I have Nessus in tight conj to my Sun).

Many times I have paid to have a computer program spit out a chart analyzation but none of them have made much sense.

I would so appreciate it if anyone could share their wisdom and shed some light on my chart!

I remember getting a reading about something from Ami while back and I still appreciate her words - she was so so kind. I thought if this is a place where Ami is comfortable then might be a good forum to ask this question.

Not sure how to imbed my chart, hope this works:

Hi PeppyPluto, I’m a beginner in astrology myself but maybe I can help out a bit. I always start with the big 3 (Rising, Sun and Moon), the chart ruler and strong aspect patterns. Often you can recognize a theme and usually things start to make more sense.

One thing that immediately caught my eye is your t-square with Cancer Sun opposite Capricorn Moon square apex Libra Pluto. This seems to indicate there are challenges with expressing your emotions. Especially with your Moon in 12th house. This could also be connected to your intercepted houses, Pisces intercepted in your 1st house and Virgo intercepted in your 7th house. Boundaries could be an issue. A t-square doesn’t have to be negative. It can frustrate you but can also be a great opportunity for growth. A lot of successful people have a t-square in their chart. It can be helpful to look at the natural release point for your apex Pluto, which would be the opposite house. You have no planets in your 2nd house but it’s ruled by your Mars in anaretic degree in Gemini. This also is an important planet in your chart.

Another strong feature in your chart is your chart ruler Saturn conjunct the ruler of your MC and intercepted co-ruler of your first house. How important is your career to you, or the way society views you? Uranus is the closest planet to your MC and the modern ruler of your chart. This seems to confirm the theme with Saturn conjunct Jupiter. Are you self employed? Or maybe there are other Uranus/Aquarius themes related to your career?

I hope that this makes some sense to you. I would definitely advice you to look more into your intercepted houses, your t-square and your 2nd house ruler Mars.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply!! You brought up a couple things that I had never thought about. I’m not sure how to calculate intercepted houses or what they signify, so that will be a great research project I will no doubt enjoy

My job has always been an important part of my life. I have a need to keep growing at my job. I enjoy the pain of transformation. I have twice now managed situations that were a mess to start but were completely transformed through a lot of hard work. The feeling of having conquered something at my job is important. I have learned that the transformation process causes love/hate for my job, but I keep going back to fix whatever is wrong. It’s like an S&M addiction! There is deep satisfaction when I see the final results.

I am very loyal to the companies I’ve worked for, but I do seek out radical change from time to time. Mid life, I joined an industry that was completely opposite of the industry I had worked in for 12 years. People still look at me funny when I tell them my job history!!

I’ve always wondered what my chart says about my relationships. I will dig into what you said about my seventh house.

Thank you again for the contribution!
