I have a burning question regarding my current career situation. I can offer cards + timing with my diy pebbles in return.

I started working in a higher position last November, and after almost half year things are still messy at my workplace, there is no clear structure, guidelines, etc, our people are struggling and suffering from trying to find their way through things via neverending "trial and error". I gave myself an ultimatum until September to see if things start to settle down, but atm I am toying with the idea to resign within a few weeks.

Here's an Idea?

Take out some paper.
Make a list of ALL that dysfunction in the place where you work.
What are the complaints among the people?

Don't 'complain', but EXplain in a down to earth reasonable way. A Kind way. A Solution guided approach to your ideas. Do your very very best to keep focused on work and flow (and NOT "personalities" and blaming). Concentrate on the Work, and its flow. Where are the impedances? What do you think could help?

You just may be surprised to find that the ones in management above your tasks may ALREADY know about this problem-- and it would be refreshing (for 'you') to find that out. Also, it's better that the bosses know 'why' people want to leave their positions. This could give you Favor with your bosses-- and if not, nothing will be lost.
Experience (for you) is gained.

(aside) I had done that in my life once. In my 20s. Was at my wits end. The owners (top management) was SO impressed that I cared to do that, that they invited me to be included in their Board Meetings afterwards. I wouldn't have been allowed, otherwise.
(Above my pay grade.. and responsibility.)

Do Flow Chart?? for the work you all do.
Go plain with color pencils, or do fancy with computer art!

Think about making a 'presentation' to your boss's boss or supervisor? Someone who is part of the higher and general working of the company. Let them know!!! Tell them what it's like, what you SEE happening, and where the problems hit around any 'same' spot.
Use Graphs, Flow Charts.

Instead of walking out,
instead of plain 'quitting' or leaving....
the results of your taking the time to DO that, COULD bring you a new opportunity?
You might end up with a Promotion ?? ..)

BELIEVE in yourself.
TRY it.
You were planning to quit anyway, right?
If you blow it, then there's no harm--
AND
YOU will have had the Benefit of Standing up and Trying something New?
YOU will remember the event for the rest of your life!
Make a Memory you'll talk about around the Family Holidays.

Unfortunately, in my case this is an already 'lost case' and I've also started to feel a certain degree of disconnect for a little while now. I am looking for stability by nature and to stabilize my life, but these circumstances are spiraling out of control in a huge way which I don't think could provide me the consistency and stability I need. And not only financially, but emotionally as well. When I experience highs, those are very high highs, and equally so lows are very lows. As if I fall down the rabbit hole after each good day. It is a major emotional rollercoaster ride I won't be able to (nor willing to) sustain for the long haul, it exhausts me way too much. And when I have reality checks I always think to myself that circumstances definitely won't slow down just for me, that's pretty unrealistic.

Regarding this upcoming eclipse, I've read that Uranus is also nearby at around 14 degrees. It is transiting my natal 7H, and makes an exact trine to my natal 11H Jupiter. Last year when I got my current position Uranus was transiting the same degree, it brought sudden luck to me. Then, it went Rx, and now it looks like it brings me another blessing (in disguise) to find something more stable and expand my scope further.

Btw, I have natal 1H Pluto at 21 degrees Scorp, not sure if it counts, but probably it is about my changing personality and preferences in life as well.
