I just got out of a crappy relationship I felt I stayed in too long due to my low self-esteem and not feeling like I had enough worth to find someone who would treat me right. There is indeed someone else who is trying to date me now but you are right, they are manipulative. Is someone withdrawing from this connection? Someone is in isolation introspecting, or struggling to open their heart to the other. Temperance to me is saying take a beat, take a minute to get back into alignment with yourself, so that can show up in your relationship if it is supposed to. Someone is in need of healing, and this isolation may help with that. Are you happy in this relationship? There is a lack of spiritual connection to ones self here - but there is healing on its way.

Wow….and I had a feeling I was going to get slightly called out LOL. You are 100% spot on. I want the new job because I want to move on from a current job I’ve been at for only 7 months. I’m just not happy there and it’s not what I thought it would be. I’m looking for a better environment, but it’s almost like I’m being told it’s not going to be any better and I may find myself in over my head. I changed career tracks 7 months ago and I’m not sure I like what I’m doing, if I’m any good at it, or if I have what it takes to succeed. Also at my current job I’m part of a team and if I took the new job, I would be leading a department and I just don’t feel ready or capable. I especially don’t want to fail miserably and embarrass my husband.

The last 4 years have been a struggle as I’m suffering from short-term memory loss and cognitive issues related to my cancer treatment. I used to be extremely sharp and intelligent, but not as much anymore…… I describe it like having a superpower for 3+ decades and all of a sudden it’s taken away. As a result, I’m going through A LOT of self-worth and self-esteem issues right now. I need to say goodbye to the woman I used to be and embrace and love who I am now 😢😢

I’m almost 40 years old and still don’t know what my passion is. Ok, that’s kind of a lie - I have a dream of being self-employed. I’ve dreamt of it for almost a decade but feel it’s almost completely impossible and have no faith in myself at this point to succeed at that either. I’m just really in the thick of a DNOTS right now…..
