I'm with jupiter,, mercury, node, moon and chiron all transiting my 6th house. Could this indicate any illness?

With Chiron in the 6th house, you may be dealing with a long term chronic illness. Since you have Aries, Taurus (you may be dealing with headaches, throat issues)in the 6th house do you and Jupiter transiting, Jupiter may flare the illness than normal.

Transits are only triggering something that is already there to begin with, they don't cause the issue. You didn't had any major malefic transits to the 6th house so an illness could be pointed out, you mostly had benefics. Maybe now that the North Node is going through your 6th house, might point something out, with the Moon in the 12th house.
The ruler of the 6th house is exalted in the 3rd and is also the ruler of the ASC, so there isn't so much of an indication that there could be some major illness.

Maybe there are some fears with the Moon in the 12th and Virgo sign is a bit of fearful sign when it comes to illness and a bit obsessive and perfectionist and with Saturn conjunct North Node there, could point out to this.
