Hi everyone,

I don’t really know if it’s appropriate to look to astrology for these types of issues… I’m really struggling with my mental health, I’m experiencing intense self loathing and just apathy, but also anger… I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

I was thinking maybe it was Saturn on my Ascendent but I’m not sure, and Venus is retrograde. Everything looks and feels grey.

It is Saturn on the ASC. I dont know if you have other planets in the 1st house, but if you do, and if the Sun or Moon, this will be a more "aggravated" transit.
