The last year has been the most emotionally difficult year I can remember having. My birthday just passed, and I’m trying really hard to find any possible positives in my solar return chart, I don’t have the strength to handle another year as hard as the last one, let alone harder.

I guess the objective for this post is both asking for any positive potentials in the SR I might be overlooking, and also really any insights into the chart so I can at least brace myself.

—Sun opposite SR Saturn
—SR Uranus conjunct SR ascendant from the 12th
——>squaring natal stellium (ascendant, mercury (exact), Venus, Jupiter)

—SR MC conjunct natal Saturn
—SR IC conjunct natal Chiron
—SR Jupiter opposite natal Pluto
—SR BML conjunct natal stellium (Mercury, Venus (exact), Jupiter (exact))

Any guidance would be intensely appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

The SR isn’t all that bad. There’s just an emphasis on work and earning a living. There might be instability to do with work but you can overcome it if you take a cue from the planet conjunct AC, and think like a Uranian.

I see the issue is that you have home duties, and might have to upskill with the Sun Saturn opposition in the signs that they are in. You might be actively resisting this with Merc opposite Neptune, or have unrealistic ideas of what is necessary to progress in your career. A lot of changes in perspective are called for with N Jupiter opposite SR Pluto.
