Hi Sallie! I am so sorry about my late response! Your cards are the Page of Wands, Ace of Wands in reverse and Judgment. I definitely think there is an attraction of some sort, with the wands it may still be building but it’s not at the point yet of full out movement. The door is opening to this new spark between you guys but with the ace of wands in reverse perhaps he’s not ready to act on it yet. He could be letting go of something from the past and so he’s taking his time before he acts. I got a clarifying card which is the hanged man - so I defs think he’s not going to just jump into feelings or action even if there’s a spark there; at this time it’s more of a surrendered emotion, him seeing what the opportunity is and perhaps him looking back at the past and sorting through things there before he decides to pursue this or let himself open up. There is still more to be uncovered over time and he or you guys don’t have the full story yet but I’d definitely say there’s a spark of attraction. I hope this helps! You represent the 1st house, venus, moon, and D represents the 7th house,sun.
1st house- Taurus- venus in Virgo (5th house) moon in Aquarius

7th house- Scorpio- Mars in scorpio , sun in scorpio.

I think for you, it's not so much dying love, as much as a crush, possible fantasy about sex, kisses, dates,but not something that is serious in the sense of love. Emotionally (moon) you are more focused on career, or something with work is keeping you preoccupied
For him-Honestly, feeling wise, it feels like they are thinking/focused more about themselves than you. All the planets that represents him are in his house.
