Okay, as I was clearing out a cabinet, the name that first came out was Javier. The next one a couple of hours later was Constanople (Istanbul).

I pulled the 10 of wands for Constanople. I'm dreading this could be a very big event if not someone near there or there could or will soon be experiencing great burdens. I feel something unforseen but I can only guess Javier may be a person living there or traveling there? Idk

I'm reading on him and how it all fits. I feel there is a manipulative situation and it's uncertain of the Javier. I feel he might have been lost, hidden or trapped behind a wall.
The names Albert and Arthur could be people involved - I asked it he (Javier) was arrested or detained? Yes. If you are someone who knows him and is concerned, he was somehow taken into custody and held up in a way. I pulled Hanged Man to clarify. The reason I know Spirit is speaking through me, the Magic card plainly has 10 & 13 on it.

I'm sensing he's grieving and feels in despair as he's unable to be helped, he is
begging for someone he knows to help.

An alternative spelling I found for his name is Xavier. If that is helpful.
