LunaIscariot Knowflake Posts: 4097 From: Registered: Aug 2014	posted March 20, 2026 07:47 PM Hey guys I am applying for funding/sponsorship from my band/reserve (I am Indigenous) for academic upgrading this coming fall at my local Indigenous College tomorrow and want to try pick the best time of day tomorrow to send in my application! I am not too familiar with Electional charts but I know the Moon and Ascendant and Ascendant ruler are important and so I figured Cancer or Scorpio rising would be best? Maybe the 2nd and 8th house and 9th house are important as well since we are talking about money (specifically not mine so 8th house) and of course college/education so 9th house.
