Surprisingly, D3 can make brain fog (or even cause it) because it increases calcium levels in the blood, and that hampers blood flow to the brain.IP: Logged |

Most people are low. Just be careful how much you take. It is fat soluble and is stored awhile in the body. Get sunlight if possible.IP: Logged |

Hi Sorrow,This is what I learned about a health issue similar to yours. As long as you do low impact exercises-mostly walking, you should be okay, but always check with your doctor. Also, I needed to go gluten free, but with that I had to add more protein, etc. to my daily food intake. I also took out refined sugars and watched my sodium as well (looked for no salt added kidney beans, etc. or cooked the raw ones), which meant that I needed to make my food from scratch mostly. I needed to have smaller meals (not over eating) during the day. Sometimes if we have something we need to do later, we may eat more because it will be a long time before our next meal. You can always make or take a healthy snack along with you. Van's gluten free regular waffles have been helpful for in-between healthy snacks as well as healthy peanut butter (only made of peanuts and low sodium, no sugar added). One MD told me to take a half slice of bread and put some peanut butter on it and eat it before bed time--helps to balance your blood sugar while you sleep. No artificial sweeteners. Filtered water. No caffeine or other stimulants. You have to really regiment yourself to this. I couldn't understand why I would feel better with doing this and then not. I then eliminated the gluten from my diet and it got much better. Now I've been working on my emotions (up and down) and how stress affects me, so learning how to manage your stress is important as well. Live a balanced life. Get plenty of rest and at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Don't over work yourself. Have a set routine if you can. Go out into nature for a walk with a buddy. Check with your doctor on whatever you decide to do. I take a whole foods vitamin c that is made from fruit and not chemically made with ascorbic acid. I only eat lean chicken and turkey--no dark meat. I also have fish. I felt my energy return and I'm happier. You have transiting mars getting closer to conjuncting your natal moon, which can make you anxious, upset, etc. and also with transiting Saturn getting closer to your natal moon, any feelings of depression could worsen. The mars moon transit is good for working on a project like house cleaning (as long as you don't over do it) and Saturn moon transit is good for adding structure to your daily life. Do you have any clutter to part with? Start with small projects, so it doesn't get overwhelming. Hope this helps, Spring IP: Logged |

Also, ask your doctor about NP Thyroid. It's the same as the original Armour medicine and it's more natural than synthroid or it's generic..the one you are taking. IP: Logged |

Sorrow, The trine to your moon, Uranus in Sagittarius in the 4th house, is something that can help to elevate your mood--an outlet. Getting a trainer at the gym to help you? Even making new friends that are like family may help to elevate your moon (mood) while Saturn is conjuncting your moon. Uranus is about groups and friends --maybe there's something at your gym that people can join that support each other in losing weight. Your moon in aries makes you want to blaze your own trail and it being in your eighth house (scorpio) you want privacy...just more thoughts. Remember..this Saturn transit won't last forever. When I changed what I was eating, I lost 50+ pounds. Wishing you all the best. Hugs. Spring 🌼 IP: Logged |
