The way to get someone's respect is to treat them with respect first.If somebody doesn't respect you, it is his problem not yours. Fear isn't the way to get respect. If he respects you, he will have fear. If he doesn't respect, he won't have fear for you, no matter how hard you try. You are just an animal pouncing on him. He wouldn't like to respect an animal. There isn't anybody 'fearless'. You can't get his or her respect through force. The very idea is ridiculous. There isn't anybody 'who doesn't respect anybody'. If you observe carefully, they do respect a few. He has his own way of measuring people, which would lead him to respecting someone or not respecting. It is upto him to change it.
