Perfection is not necessarily an ideal. It is incorrect to speak in general terms. You don't sell a broken vase and explain Perfection is only an ideal. That is nonsense. It is not necessary to see whether every comma and full stop are present. That is also nonsense. Did you ever check whether punctuations are placed properly in any email or letter? (If you do that, you must be a very interesting character).

If there is a best way of doing something, it is worth doing that way, unless you want it otherwise. It is not a suppression of identity. The truth is it is necessary to be reasonably perfect. At times, you need to sacrifice perfection. You might explain Mountains are not Cones - you assume mountains are not perfect, but who told you so? How do you know that?

Reasonable Perfection is very different from Perfection. It is not an ideal. It is not a suppression of identity. In addition, who decides what perfection is?

When you look at a planet, say from a vast distance in space, it looks like a perfect sphere, when you get closer, you see craters and hills - 'imperfect'. A perfectly shaped cone will reveal innumerable craters and hills on examining through a microscope. Cones are Mountains.

Ofcourse, you can argue so when you dislike someone using the best method ("When I won't do so, how I can let him do?"). That is what you are doing.

If you don't want to be perfect, you can be, you do not need reasons for that. Go ahead and be imperfect - do not rationalize.

You might believe, to understand something you will have to evaluate it with your own knowledge and autobiography if necessary. It wouldn't be successful everytime. Sometimes you need to step out of your autobiographies and seek to be influenced. It is not a left brain evaluation. Unless you are influenced, you cannot influence. Yet that is precisely what you will do, in an attempt to 'solve a mystery'. That is why you won't solve it.

Again, it is inappropriate to speak generally.
