I get one but then I eat it.....then I think NO "quit with the chocolate"...then I get called short...just when I need it...like right now Trust me...I have searched this house right now...and not a chocolate morsel to be found I found some walnuts and ate those...but trust me they are no substitute......... Peanut butter. Yes, you may not crave it, but it can hit the spot anyway. Ice cream/sorbet Kahlua. Yes, ma'am. Kahlua and milk with some ice will do just the trick. Unless you like vodka, then by all means... Apples and honey. You see-it's the sweetness of the craving that can be met. My alternatives are not healthy, but they work!
