Ascended Masters have been the wayshowers for humanity for eons. You probably already know the names of some Ascended Masters - Jesus, Christ, Gautama Buddha, Mother Mary, Krishna or Saint Germain. Together with angels, other cosmic beings and the Masters’ unascended followers, the Ascended Masters comprise a spiritual order called the Great White Brotherhood, which is dedicated to helping humanity realize their full spiritual potential and return to God.

Your very own piece of God

The fundamental principle of the teachings of the Ascended Masters is that all of God’s children are innately divine. This divinity within is a part of God that he has placed within you as his child. It is a spiritual flame in your heart which has three "plumes" which embody the primary attributes of God - love, wisdom and power. This flame is the "kingdom of Heaven within" that Jesus spoke about and it is your potential to become one with God and literally Heaven on earth.
Sacred scriptures and mystics throughout the ages have spoken of this flame in the heart. An eleventh-century Byzantine saint called Symeon the New Theologian said: "What words can describe this! . . . I see a light which the world does not possess. Sitting in the cell I see within me the Creator of the world."
One Buddhist text says of this flame: "The Road of Buddhahood is open to all. At all times have all living beings the Germ of Buddhahood in them." The Chandogya Upanishad, a sacred Hindu text, tells us that "The light that shines beyond all things on earth, beyond us all, . . . this is the light that shines in our hearts."

The Science of the Spoken Word

Spoken prayer is at the heart of the worlds religions, whether it be the Jewish Shema, the Christian Our Father and Hail Mary, the Hindu Maha mantra or the OM Mani Padme Hum of the Tibetan Buddhists. The Science of the Spoken Word is a system of prayer that draws upon these ancient traditions and also incorporate new techniques into a practice known as "decreeing."
Decrees are a stepped-up form of prayer. They are the most effective and powerful way to harness God’s energy because they combine different spiritual practices such as prayer, meditation, visualization and affirmations, in conjunction with the use of God’s name, into the one exercise.
Another reason decrees are so powerful is that they form a direct link to your Higher Self, who holds the keys of creation. Karma and Reincarnation

It’s been said in many ways: "What goes around comes around," "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap," "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."
Our past actions -- both good and bad -- do come back to us. This is the law of karma. This impersonal cosmic law decrees that whatever we do comes full circle to our doorstep for resolution. We can create good karma in many ways -- by reaching out and helping others, through prayer, meditation and decrees, or by helping others to find God. Good karma can return to us as a blessing, gift or golden opportunity.
We can also create negative, or "bad karma" in many ways, and it can return to us in many ways -- through financial problems, physical illness or accidents. But karma is not our fate. Even though we’ve made mistakes in this life or past lives, we can pick up where we left off and start paying the debt for, or "balancing" our karma. In his infinite love and mercy, God gives us the opportunity to learn from our mistakes. And that's why he has given us more than one lifetime in which to do it.

The Violet Flame

The violet flame is a unique spiritual energy that can help you in all areas of your life. It can heal emotional and physical problems, improve your relationships, help you to grow spiritually, or just make life easier.
The violet flame works by erasing, or transmuting the cause, the effect, and even the memory of our past mistakes. Transmutation means to change -- to alter in form, appearance or nature. The violet flame changes negative energy into positive, darkness into light, "fate" into opportunity.
The violet flame literally burns up the negative karma which can block your progress, both spiritually and materially, and helps you to become more loving and forgiving.

The Messengers

Ascended Masters are beings who live in the heaven-world, so they need someone in embodiment to bring forth their messages into the physical world. In 1952, an Ascended Master called El Morya contacted Mark Prophet to be a messenger for the Ascended Masters.
From childhood Mark was very devoted to God and freely communicated with angels and nature spirits, and by the end of high school he had all nine gifts of the Holy Spirit. Mark accepted the arduous calling of messenger and El Morya and other Ascended Masters trained Mark and later Elizabeth Clare Prophet to receive and transmit their messages, which are called dictation's.
Dictation's serve many purposes. They can bring to our attention knowledge of timely events, make us more aware of issues we need to work on, both on a personal and planetary scale, and serve to heighten the consciousness and transfer light to the receiver.
Because Ascended Masters are one with God they are all-loving, knowing and powerful, and their dictations have a much higher vibration than channeled messages, which are given by unascended spirits who take over the body of a medium. A messenger's role is to help others make contact with their Higher Self so that they can commune directly with God and the Ascended Masters.

The "Haley's comet" bald-guy reminded me of it later.That cult in Cali that all died together.Sorry I can't remember their names.

Just had a creepy feeling from her. And I have never read her book that I bought. So I can't judge her teachings.

I have heard about St Germain, and the purple/ violet flame, but I don't know enough about them either.

It seems like the more I know, the more I need to know!!!

Not to put too fine a point on it, but Elizabeth Clare Prophet was kind of a survivalist nut!

Her group (some of you have already used the word cult) lives secluded in some militaristic "fall out shelter" awaiting the earth changes/cataclysms that have been predicted. And if I am correct... they bear arms!

I'm sorry, but that is way too FEAR BASED a philosophy for me to see the good in. We can choose Love or we can choose Fear... it would seem clear which choice that group has made, and it saddens me.

As I say, we should be careful of confusing the medium with the message.. but from what little I have read of her work... it is jumbled and unclear. In short, it "hurts my head".

I hope I have not offended, but like Linda, I am prompted to call this one as I see it, without "pulling punches" or "sugar-coating".
