Has anyone read "Do you Really need Eyeglasses" by Marylin B Rosanes as recommended in Lindas Pilgrim`s Progress?

I wondered if it was helpful with aging eyes. Thanks!

Haven't read it, but I've seen reviews. Basically, eyes don't age. Cataracts are a nutritional deficiency. Poor eyesite is the result of weak eye muscles (wearing glasses and contacts ensures those muscles are never used). This book contains simple eye muscle exercises that restore perfect sight.

Omigod, how come I never saw this before! I have had really bad eyesight since I was a kid, I wear contacts all the time. I'll definitley check out the book!

So is this book really saying that my poor eyesight can be restored?

Me too!! Good God I was contemplating laser eye surgery(when the price went down of course). I never saw that in the Pilgrim's Progress. I am extremely hopeful. Or maybe I am more than hopeful.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to why people have different degrees of loss or missplacement of sight? Do you think that it had to do with not wanting to see certain things or something. Really tell me what you think, Please. Also, a bit off of the beaten path, but I woke up this evening after a nap and it looked like there were little blue bugs on the wall, not floating in front of my eyes, but really on the wall. They disappeared after a while, has anyone else experienced that?

Probably just protein particles on the surface of the eye.
