Topic: How do you know if you are possessed?

I have never really considered this before, though deep down I had some curiosity. How can you tell if you are possessed by another spirit. I know it doesn't have to be spinning head and pea soup, and some of my behaviour is hard to explain.Even now as I am writing this to you I am fidning that my concentration is slipping and I have had to type most words 3 times as if I was unwilling on some level. My head can be full of black thoughts. Things I feel can be out of proportion with the world, and I can scream in silent anger as if needing release. This has suddenly kicked up again now that I am using self-hypnosis CD's to tap into my subconscios mind. Even during these sessions I felt something else was in there and felt violated by my probing. I am very strong and now I am focused I will not lose this battle. But I think I need the help of someone far more knowledgable than myself. It could just my mind re-arranging itself subconsciously as I pump it full of positive knowledge and thinking. But there has been a lot I have missed by not looking at it in the correct light. My thanks in advance for any help. Swerve IP: Logged |

I had a very strange dream tonight. While I was dreaming I was spiritually protecting myself. I was envisioning an egg shaped white light surrounding my body. I was removing all negative energy from my body, and at the same time ricocheting all negative energy coming at me. I was also affirming my thoughts by stating: "Cancel all negative thoughts." I really believe that perhaps you should continue to do the same.  I also believe that you should go see a holistic healer, and also a psychologist. I'm certain they're plentiful in London. Thank you Star Lover. I actually felt that light just before coming back to see you had posted, and I am not kidding. This thing seems to be weakening, and I feel stronger and more myself than I have for years. Actually feels like more than one. As a kid I talked to spirits around me and invited them to stay if they were lonely. Had a very difficult teenage where I found it impossible to assert my own personality, always as if I were living behind myself, never directly influencing my own path. This has been beginning to change recently.
Just hope I'm not actually a little bit mad.

I forgot to mention something that was happpening to me recently. When I took photographs of myself using my camera phone found that my face was blotted out by a brilliant white light. This happened about 7 times in one night. The thumbnail pics were fine,but were too small to view, but there was NO reason for the larger pics not to be visible as they were just an enlarged version of these.I have been told that my aura is very powerful and those that can read them have always said that they feel compelled to talk to me. Apparently, it is purple with a golden outline. Dunno what that means myself I have to admit. But, the problems with these pics seemed to last for a while, and in previous pics taken there have been strings of energy around me.

Since you picked up on my light toward you, I can safely say that you are very sensitive, and with that sensitivity I'm sure you also pick up on energies that are not so good. Those who are less sensitive, such as me, cannot feel, hear, and see what you can. You are on the right path, and I think if you try to protect and sheild yourself it will get even better. Convene with people who are constantly cheery and happy than those who are down and depressed. You will feel much better. A positive atmosphere is extremely important. -StarLover IP: Logged |
