hi i found this chakra test http://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/chakratest.php that evaluates how connected you're to your chakras, its quite long ther're 56 questions, it also provides techniques for activating your under-active chakras, i found the test to be very accurate for me since i answered the questions honestly

my dominant chakra is the 3rd eye, what about you?

My over active chakra is The throat.

I have The Root, Sacral, Navel, and Heart Chakra as under active.

I have The Third eye, and Crown open.

ooh very underactive Root and sacral.
Over active heart Chakra, Open throat Chakra and third eye and, over active crown.
