I've read a couple of books on the subject quite by accident.

And I've noticed that after I read the books, I don't attract the scum of the earth as much as I used to!

Does any one have any experiences of pyschically attracting or repelling any unwanted attention or energies from other people?

Just memorize it and say it when you feel that way. I also imagine a bright white Light surrounding me as I say it.

Psychic protection is in the strength of your intent. I sat on my porch for a number of days reading certain psalms over and over. Whether it was the psalms or the constant strengthening of my intent and also the encasement in the light...when the attack came I blocked it with my hands. The people were so astounded they hurriedly moved a van to hide behind!
Don't keep things from people you know do not mean you well. Don't share food with them either.
Never self deprecate and absolutely never with someone else! No "I'm so dumb stupid fat ditzy..." A direct door opener for some attacks.
Don't dabble in darkness when you are to raise the light.
