Topic: Prayer as psychic protection

I have been told that the Hail Mary keeps away all evil. Also a friend of mine gave me a prayer a couple of years ago that's been passed down her family - when they say the prayer or keep it written down in their pocket, they are protected (they swear it works).Is this possible? Or does psychic protection have to involve things like visualising white light, etc?

Hi GeminiLover75!  I should add, that each person's protection...
may be different...that is the way mine is..
someone, may be protected, by making themself
invisible for instance, with a protective shield...so, I guess what I am saying is...
a protection, could be like a superNatural power, hehe...In one of the other realms  Each of Us is different, yet we are all connected and the same. ... IP: Logged |

Yes... I wonder if it's something to do with our personal frequencies and what resonates with us? For example. Once a long time ago, I thought I was protected by a Virgin Mary statuette. I thought it would automatically keep evil things away from me, but I was WRONG... it didn't have any powers to do that. I let down my guard through fear and actually created a psychic doorway for an attack to take place. In my absolute paranoia I even managed to psychically designate an area of the room and create an energy flow between at least two points, that allowed something to come right in. Well, either I created it OR I became aware of it and it was the AWARENESS that allowed it in, I don't know. Either way, I believed I would be ok with the lights on all night and the Virgin statuette near me. IT DID NOT WORK. After that I started using frankincense and that's what worked. Nowadays my danburite crystal is flowing angelic energy into my room. Another thing I have done and which works is to cast a protective circle with blessed Holy water, and allow bright white light to radiate from that circle. I would say that if a method of psychic protection leaves any room for fear, then that method will not work for you...

Thank you! After that attack, almost 2 years ago now, I stopped doing anything spiritual for a long time - it was hard to get back on my path. But there is a line in a song by the only Christian band I ever liked, which goes "every struggle has a purpose on the narrow road you've carved" - well I think that is VERY good line.  IP: Logged |
