Once again, I post after a long time, perhaps in accordance to the Laws of Universe that allots me when I have to tell what I want to tell. One frequent issue in Psychology and Para Psychology and Metaphysics as well is the presence of Negative Energies. Psychology considers the presence of Negative Thoughts, whereas Para Psychology states that Negative Energies arise from Negative Thoughts (Every thought form creates energy). Even though Psychology does not deal with Negative Energy directly, it acknowledges the source of Negative Energy namely Negative Thoughts.
One pattern that I keep finding very frequently, Negative thoughts arise automatically and spontaneously whereas it is difficult to think positively. Except children, all others, meaning all adults have trouble staying positive and negative thoughts easily appear from nowhere.
Another issue that is prevalent among adults and never in children is shallow breathing. Most adults who have not trained their breathing pattern usually breath shallow. In shallow breathing not all oxygen is absorbed by blood and its characteristic symptom, is the movement of chest when breathing instead of the movement of stomach. Children perform Deep breathing naturally until they turn into Adults when Shallow breathing sets in.
I believe Shallow breathing and Negative thoughts and Negative Energy are all closely related. When Shallow breathing starts, negative thoughts start. This has to be verified empirically though.
And why do the negative thoughts start? What triggers shallow breathing? I think I know the answer. It is known as: Repression.
Here are a few links on repression, which you may like to read before proceeding further.

While we might think of Repression as pushing away major traumas, we might also push away minor injuries that we would better not remember because they are so traumatic. The injuiry is minor, the experience of the injuiry is not.
We become Adults when we start represssing. The experience of the pain is still out there in the unconscious and must be released for restoring peace. Whenver we repress we automatically hold our breath. Whenever we release repression, we do deep breathing. The practice of shallow breathing sets in as we continue to repress, and soon repression becomes a habit.
What is more perilous, is the fact that we repress repression. Often when we suffer, we are asked to "Forget what happened like a bad dream", or "Do not think about it" or "Do not be childish" or "Think Positively"(even worse).
I have seen many people who struggle to think positively trying to stop the negative thoughts that keep bombarding from within. We often forget to open that safety valve within ourselves that can relieve inner pentup emotions. We think that is 'thinking negatively'. So much hype about Positive thinking has ignored the need to think negatively with discretion.
Our present society encourages repression and discourages the release of repression. This is a trend that must change, because this is the major reason for negative thoughts that subsequently generate negative energy.
We must recognize Repression as a major problem such as Pollution that is hurting the planet now. This concept is not easy to understand. This concept must be taught well and applied in our lives. Only then the negative energies that exist on our planet can be neutralized.
