Eva writes with such open, vivid honesty....it really felt as though I was there sharing these experiences through her eyes. I was moved to tears several times whilst reading the book....but I laughed many times too; the author has a very endearing, impish sense of humor.

The story she has to share is not only one that needs to be told and remembered, but a story that is written in such a way that the reader develops an empathy for those she writes about. This empathy is a very important healing catalyst that the world is greatly in need of.

It is time for the world to begin to take a step back and rather than judge people according to their preconceptions and conditioned ideas.....to begin to try to see through other people's eyes. To understand people and to love them. This is how we heal ourselves, this is how we heal each other.....and this is how we shall begin to heal the world.
