Just my opinion so take it at it's worth.

Reverse the aging process of your mental state (this is not actually getting younger, just younger in thought)

Removing dis-ease(unease) from ones life (some yoga/eastern religions teach mental disciplines to help you with this.. you can still get physically sick.)

To live forever in the hearts and minds of people that were inspired by you. Later generations will be alive long after you are dead. (If you are remembered then basically you are immortal)

They tell you some truth, but its up to you to make sense of it.(It's easy to misunderstand and screw up)
