Randall, you have good taste in movies.QueenofSheba, you've never heard of it? You deprived person, you. It came out a while ago. It has Matthew Broderick, Jennifer Grey, and a couple other famous people. You need to rent it. It's educational. IP: Logged |

If you're movie deprived, I have another recommendation. I just saw a movie a couple days ago that I was very impressed by. It was "Ghost World" (which has nothing to do with ghosts).Being different often results in some hostility from the world, and often people go through a period (especially at that age) in which there is hostility right back. That is only touched on, anyway, but I don't want to say anything more about the movie and ruin it for anyone. Here is an incomplete list of some of my other favorites: Shawshank Redemption Pi Bowling for Columbine Robin Hood: Men in Tights (I like it, but it's a terrible movie, don't watch it!!) The Dark Crystal Immortal Beloved Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure Not to be egocentric, but I like to think I have good taste in movies. Try these out. IP: Logged |

Since when were teens good at keeping a conversation on track? Men in Tights is very funny. I haven't seen it in ages though... Considering the international situation (sorry! Politics is my oxygen) a very good movie is Three Kings. In case there's anyone who didn't see it when it came out.

How could I forget Monty Python movies! "Holy Grail" has one of my favorite all-time insults....."Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of elderberries!" "Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time-a!" A friend of mine just bought Amelie, so I will be seeing it soon. She only buys what she considers to be the best movies, and I always like what she picks out. Hi, Ching, it's cool to see someone from Malaysia. I've never met anyone from there, but I've read about Malaysia, and Penang. Did you read Linda Goodman in English, or are there translations into Malay or Chinese? IP: Logged |
