hey everyone!!
well i should be doing an assignment...but....i can't be bothered....i wanted to ask where everyone is from. have you always believed in the things we discuss here, have you had interesting lives?? share, share, share, share!
i'm only new here so i really want to know what types of people share my views, this seems to be the only place where that happens!
ps-soz if i'm being a tad nosy
i'll tell you a bit about me...i was born in yugoslavia, then the war started so me and my family had to flee (my brother nearly got shot in the head by a soldier), then we lived in about 5 different places until we finaly moved to Germany. there i started school and and met a girl who was born on the same day as me (22nd March!!!-ps Aries rocks!!! lol ). she was my best friend. anyhoo later we got kicked out of Germany and then were finally allowed to move to Australia. i never believed in anything, least of all God, he had never seemed to do anything nice for me. then about 3 years ago i started ralising that everything happened for a reason and that all the stuff i went through was for me to learn a lesson, even though i was only 4....well that basically sums it up until about a week ago when i read star signs and found even more answers!!! well i think i have ranted enough...i can't wait for your stories

I'm Zerep, born in Dublin. I'm a taurus girl. We lived a bit in Dublin, and other towns in Ireland before moving away. My mother's a hairdresser (a dream for any girl!) & my dad is an airtraffic controlleur, or at least, was one. We moved to Dubai, in soudi arabia, during the gulf war because of my dad's job. We lived there for a year then back to Ireland for a bit then off to Belgium. After 2 months there my mother was cracking up so we moved to Paris. Here I am . We love it here. The first year in France, I was mute. Then all of a sudden, I started to talk in french & in english, I haven't shut up since (trying to make up for that lost year hehe).

Welcome to the site MOONAT! Sorry it took me so long to welcome you, I've been away for a little while.

For me, I live in central California. My family spent a year in Guatemala (small South American country) when I was one year old, and at that time I spoke a combination of Spanish and Ixil, but then we moved back to the states I speak only English now. I feel rather sheltered after reading MOONAT's story... it's good you got out of Yugoslavia! How does Australia suite you?

Question: are North Carolina and Georgia close together?

------------------
Hello everybody! I used to be QueenofSheeba and then I was Apollo and now I am QueenofSheeba again (and I'm a guy in case you didn't know)!

Okay ika, you have no excuse not to go to the next LindaLand convention!

There's about 101 things I would like to do on the east coast this summer, but I'm on the other side of the country and it's a little inconvenient...
