So, what's everyone going to be doing on their spring break this year? I'm going to Rocky Point, Mexico. I have no idea what the astrological sign is for that country...anybody know? I need it after the rough winter here!

I'll be hibernating and catching up on some laziness, and I'll probably stay indoors considering I live in the town in South Florida that's the prime spot for scary Spring-breakers. ------------------ "Out of your depth or not, it's up to you whether you sink or swim." IP: Logged |

Ika-Yeah, I get them from a book called "Mars City Guide". It shows where in the US or the world you'd work, live, and enjoy being the best. Supposedly. I find it interesting. I got the book at a used book store...one that sells used movies, cd's, books, etc...You should check it out sometime. IP: Logged |

Everlong--I was in Florida-stayed in Jacksonville, and Orlando. It was okay, but what I really wanted was to head toward the Keys! Ever been down there? What did you think of it?IP: Logged |

Yep, I've been to the Keys a few times, and it's great. Really, really beautiful and tropical. Key West is awesome, it's like an old bustling Caribbean town. I love going down there.I've never been to Jacksonville, and Orlando's alright, I don't really like theme parks. The Keys are probably the best part of Florida. Miami's a really ****** place, the only good part of it is South Beach. Fort Lauderdale- well, can't say anything bad about it, I live there and I love it. All in all though, Florida's too overglamourized. It's full of old people, it's unbearably hot in the summer, autumn, and spring, it's really humid, and there's many areas that if you didn't know where you were, you would think you were in the middle of a third world country. ------------------ "Out of your depth or not, it's up to you whether you sink or swim." Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you all. I hated Orlando due to the fact that as soon as i stepped out of the shower and dried off, i was soaking wet! I sooo wanted to go further south and hit some more beaches (I'm a water lover-especially the ocean!). Someday I WILL have my old house by the sea! In New Zealand!! The US is a Cancer Sun and Aquarius Moon. In case anyone wants to know.

Is it just me, or does the US seem like a typical Cancer? ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

Two points for Randall! The US has Sun in Cancer!! Plus, Moon in Aquarius and Scorpio Rising. I live near Prescott, AZ it was founded on Jan. 14, 1873, thus it has a Cappy sun and a Leo moon. For all the citiesit lists I don't see asc listed. IP: Logged |

I moved from Canada last year, and this is my first spring here, and i was so excited because it was soooo warm and it was only april! So i went outside to tan, and got burnt because I sat there too long! I was used to having to sit in the sun for hours to get a tan, and i sat here for half an hour and got burnt. *OUCH*IP: Logged |
