Most of my friends are getting their driver's liscenses or permits, but I haven't started on either. My mom wants me to pay for my own driver's insurance, and to do that I have to get a job. It would be difficult to go to school full time and also work, I probably won't, and therefore I won't drive. Horrible, isn't it? I hate relying on other people for transportation. At what age is it legal for you to have a liscense where you live? do you have a liscense? if not, why not? and when will you get one? No one here has been in an accident, right? Sheba ------------------ Hello everybody! Wow, I just got my permit 3 days ago ad I spent 3 hours driving today. It was a lot of fun, BUT HARD WORK. Driving Is rather lame if you have to do it all the time. I hate that fact though that my mom or dad or someone as such is in the car. I don't know it's a blessing and a burden. Don't trip on it to much and ride a Bike Like I do (on mornings of 10 Degrees below zero) (lol, at least once or twice have I done that.) My gloves had holes in them and My fingers almost froze off... I had to let them warm up a little while before I could write. Randall III IP: Logged |

I turned 15 on February 25th, and I'll FINALLY be getting my permit this week. I'm so excited- Once I'm 16, I'll be able to go wherever I want, whenever I want. Well, probably not, but it's nice to know that I could. In Florida you have to be 15+ to get your permit, and then have it one year to have your liscense.------------------ "Out of your depth or not, it's up to you whether you sink or swim." IP: Logged |

Hey, I'm 20 but I got my license when i was 19 (so late!), I live in the UK and you have to be 17 when you get your learner permit. Having the freedom that a driving license gives you is so worth it .....and it took me 3 times to pass my test( nerves!) but I love being able to get in my car and drive. But you can learn at any age so don't worry!Cassie IP: Logged |

It would be so odd to drive on the left side of the road. ------------------ Hello everybody! I used to be QueenofSheeba and then I was Apollo and now I am QueenofSheeba again (and I'm a guy in case you didn't know)! IP: Logged |
