Right you've got the picture in your files on 'My Pictures' ok.
Before you can put that picture on here you need to 'publish it to the web'. This means you need to save it into an 'image-hosting' facility like www.photobucket.com. From Photobucket copy the URL code in the first row under the picture you want to post, then paste it into the post you want it in.
It will only show as a link until you type [img] ... your link ...[/img] either side of it.
Here's one of me just to get you motivated and keep you awake at night...

Yeah actually i called my friend and she told me that i could call her any time i wanted cause she wasnt studying all the time...

So ive been calling her..im feeling soo much better now..

I dont like shopping either!!!..(unless its for myself ofcourse)..its very boring so i let my mum do it!!!
