Try writing down your feelings,releasing them in a journal. Speak to family or a close friend sothat you have support and you don't go through this alone. It might also help getting rid of items from your ex that way there are no reminders that make you feel sad. Be kind to yourself and keep busy. Hope that helps a bit. IP: Logged
