I was in an apartment here in LA that was mine and I was rooming with some guy, and I heard this noise and I walked into my bedroom and Amber were sitting there at my vanity, looking at herself in the mirror. There was a big fat hole in my ceiling and from it I could see a bit of the ship she'd arrived in. Her hair was very blue and she were wearing a metallicy looking top but not like a silver space suit or anything. They were regular clothes.

So I said "um... hello" and she turned and smiled really big and said "HELLO! I'm so glad you're home. " and I just said "uh huh" and she got up and ran over and said "See there isn't anyone else on this little planet that I could go to and I knew that you'd be able to help me. So I am placing myself in your hands." and I just shrugged and said "Ok" and then said that my roomie would freak about the ceiling, then I went into my closet to find something to wear and while I was getting dressed she was dancing around my room telling me that she needed protection and that I was the only one that could do that and that it wouldn't have to be for very long and I was just getting dressed and then we went out to the zoo and other places around LA, like music shops and things. That part got a bit hazy, they were all these places (besides the zoo) that I wouldn't normally go to, the type that you walk past and don't notice, but I took her to all of them.

Then when I woke up I realized this was the second time I'd had the dream.

What do you know about Amber's higher self? Do you think one of your physical purposes is to teach her soul an important life lesson?

I don't know what the dream means but the whole visual just makes me giggle to myself.

hello today ..open your eyes ..the snow is falling just like leaves ..aquarian warriors rebuild the ship ..mr rainbow is gone ..hello my love ..here's to your heart ..unfold the lillies in the deep ..the season's over, the shores are sealed ..now ashen roses rain on the fields ..innocent dreamers, look what you've done ..now it's time for the phoenix to fly

I read this dream two days ago and then suddenly now it made sense to me:
The friendship with Amber is a pleasant surprise to you, she's virtually like a gift falling down from the sky. The fact that she LOOKS like an alien in the dream means exactly that - in a way she's a stranger to you, but in the same way very familar, she's behaving totally at home at your place and you feel totally comfortable about having her in your life. But maybe you're afraid for a negative reaction from other friends - that the ceiling above another friendship is now broken? The fact that you take her around LA means that you want to integrate her in your life. In the dream you go to new places you normally just pass by - she opens your eyes and make you see new things.
The fact that you know that you've had the dream before might refer to your strong, and probably correct feeling, of having known her even in a former life - another indication is also of course that this time around she looks different, like an alien, but she's still the person you know.

Fantastic Stella!

Your thoughts totally mirror mine. Here is what I wrote last night:

I think Spiritua is right. But I would also add that the teaching and learning seem to go both ways - a mutual benefit.

Some of Amber's ways or energies are "alien" to you, and those are things you can learn from - but at the same time she also needs to learn some things from you - at least this is the way your subconscious perceives the relationship - and it is probably right!

That is the gist of it, without repeating much of what Stella said!

kewl!

Very interesting. It seems strange to have that dream now when Amber and I have been close for a couple years but that is interesting. She is my only friend with blue hair (though now it is blonde). hehee

Most of the people I know, or know of, ( a particular segment of people associated with a particular group of people) really want to *be* Amber. They envy her, they wish they could look like her, dress like her, have the good fortunes that she has had. I haven't ever wanted those things... and we've shared the good fortunes LOL

I'm also a person that is not phased by things easily. So really having an actual alien drop into my apartment wouldn't surprise me. That is what was making Amber giggle when she read the dream, because we were acting just like normal :-p

I really like the interpretations! Thanks for the insight....

for the learning and whatnot, one thing that Amber has really helped me do is reawaken my spiritual side. It was always there but I had tamped it down very very far down for about 14 years (14 years = marriage LOL). When she and I became friends she along with a couple others helped me be able to become myself again and I am very grateful for that. I cannot imagine that I have anything to teach her though.

She is like a piece of my soul, like a sister.

*gets all sniffly and leaves thread*
