I read somewhere that Reaccuring dreams are actually Memories of a Past Life...What does everyone else think...?

Because if it is correct,.... Than 1) My family died on the Titanic (6 year dream), 2) I was the peasant who married the Prince (7 yr dream), and 3) I was killed by an SUV while crossing the road (I've had that one for 17 yrs)...

Hi Kisa Shae!

I will have to think about that one, but I do not think that all recurring dreams are past-life memories, although certainly some could be.

I can't say that they all are; I mean, I doubt that I could fly and was in a SWAT Team-kinda-thing rescuing people from something resembling hell (but not) in a past life.

Yours could be, though.

I have a recurring dream, I would love any insight into it. I always dream that I lose teeth and it seems so real. It happens over and over and I am so scared and worried and wish the teeth wouldn't fall out but they do. I heard it's good luck but I just couldn't see how such a traumatizing dream could be good luck!

Dreams, are usually the strange, graphic, emotional things our minds sort out at the end of our day.
They can repeat themselves because the same nerve and chemical patterns are still trying to sort out information. It's like an antivirus program. Dreams keep the mind healthy, even if they are nightmares. In the war, they would give cheese or chocolate to the soldiers before they rested. This would bring on many nightmares. This way they would be more stable and clear headed in the morning, and not loose it. The same dream over and over, can mean that you are not paying attention to the real world. It can mean that you are refusing to deal with a problem. It can mean that you are being unfocused and not accepting any new challenges. If you focus on the now, day to day stuff, the dreams will clear up. A dream that repeats itself for years, is often a sign of an unstable emotional life. Dreams that involve past lives, are more on the lucid, meditative side of a dream state, where the mind does not go into REM. This process is difficult to master and sometimes dangerous to the mind and emotions, it is not to be practiced lightly. Past life regressions can produce a kind of quasi style existence, and one has to be very cautious of allowing parallels to cross over. This may sound all very SCI-FI and silly, but again, Caution must be taken.
As for loosing your teeth, they say money is on the way. Which will be a good thing. You'll need it to replace all those teeth.
Dentistry is VERY expensive.

Thanks Booda! I didn't know that about the soldiers. That's very interesting. Qew, that is too funny we have the same dream! Isn't it scary? I am in such a panic in those dreams- as if the tooth represents something so much more. And I wake up so releived it was all just a bad dream!

Hi, Kisa Shae, I am new here and just read
what you wrote.
Family/Titanic(were you feeling far away, fear of losing you family) when this dream was reaccurring?
Peasant/Prince(were you dating or married to someone you felt you were not equal to?)
SUV/ (did you want one so bad it was "killing" you not to have it?)

For the teeth dreams....

Did anyone tell you as a child that if you eat too much candy/sweets all of your teeth will fall out?

If so, did you eat any? Before having the dream???

I think it is something that you were falsely taught. Now that you believe it,
it is scaring you.

I think The loosing teeth dream means that u are feeling like a certain element of structure is falling away in your life... but ofcourse if what the adults told u about eating sweets making u're teeth fall out was something on your mind it would probably be a part of your dreaming... what a great way for u're subconscious to tell u not to listen to others but think it out for yourself. for in dreaming this your fears are released and u consuel yourself and release the idea that others are telling u, so that the idea falls away and u think about it for yourself, rather than clinging to what someone told u to be true.
U wake up feeling better because u sorted your fears out by listening to yourself. The reoccuring dreams means that u're not yet listening to yourself about something, you're still clinging to your fears or rather what everyone else is telling u to be true.
I think .. if this makes sense.
