Ra~ The other morning I had another one of those quicky dreams, but so vivid and still has not left me - ergo, here I am asking In my dream I knew it was morning and I had just gotten up from sleeping. I walked thru the sliding glass door from the kitchen onto the back patio, and noticed right away our palm tree (which really does stand in our garden) had a big *crack* running all the way down it's trunk, from top to bottom. The dream ended then with me wondering what had happened. Any ideas about that one? ~Princess ------------------ "I think the Goddess lives in our humanity, and not anywhere else." ~Merlin's last words - to Viviann ~ . + * + . * . I think it has something to do with you probably moving sooner than you think. I know you are going to have to give up the house you are in, so maybe the palm tree represents the separation you feel.Or maybe the palm tree on some level knows you are going to move, and is communicating with you in your dreams...letting you know it will miss you Or maybe you are going to miss that house more than you think. ------------------

Princess, raj and YIVY must be close, especially since there seems to be a move in your future. Without the knowledge of you moving, the interpretation would sound very similar. Morning indicates the "beginning of", or something new. The trunk of the tree could indicate the core of you, physically, emotionally, psychologically, whatever. And there is a crack, a separation. Interestingly, the palm tree is one of the few in which growth takes place in the inside, rather than on the outside, as most. This could further focus the meaning as an internal, emotional, or psychological crack. If you are moving, and this is conflicting for you, then YIVY probably nailed it. Thanks! IP: Logged |

OSheen~ I'm so totally enjoying this sunshine and *warm* weather I think it might be sinful We are just going to move to another house in the same area - for one of two reasons. Either the owner of this home decides to sell it forcing us to move (I don't want to buy it), or we find one we want to purchase before that happens and move anyway I do love this little house and her gardens - but I don't want to live here forever, and would just as soon start to get *really* settled again ... somewhere (in California) Closer to the boys would be great, but I think that is going to have to wait a few more years...sigh. Ra~ I don't feel like the split in the palm tree is my feeling torn about moving ... I realize I may not find a little *eden* like this place, but I DO want to move (I want a bath tub!) So... perhaps it is something internal ... maybe something like letting go of, or breaking(splitting) away from some*thing* I've been hanging onto, or struggling with ? Perhaps ? I do remember it looking like a very clean split in the tree, actually, almost like it was *opening* and I could see the fresh newness of the inside ~Princess ------------------ "I think the Goddess lives in our humanity, and not anywhere else." ~Merlin's last words - to Viviann ~ . + * + . * . Yes, Princess. So what is it? The sliding glass door could represent an almost imperceptible boundary or barrier, one which you are beginning to perceive, perhaps. Beyond this "barrier" awaits an internal split of some kind, but one which ultimately brings forth "fresh newness". Sound better? Does it strike a chord? IP: Logged |

Ra~ ...sigh... Yes, that struck a major chord - the "moving beyond a barrier" - going thru the glass door - not feeling afraid at all ... but *new* - inside !OH! I have just recently told my S-Elf that I really want to take advantage of the new energies bathing Earth now, which are lifting the veil(barrier) between dimensions, so to speak... think that has something to do with it? ~Princess ------------------ "I think the Goddess lives in our humanity, and not anywhere else." ~Merlin's last words - to Viviann ~ . + * + . * . Princess, that could very well be it, on many levels. It is true, the veil thins with every passing day, but the perception of it, at least right now, is very individual, although it becomes more "mass"ive all the time. IP: Logged |
