The astral body leaves the material body to rest in a state where it uses the minimum energy and comes 'back' home, to the astral realm.Dreams are wish fulfillments of Id The oldest analysis of dreams pertaining to Freud. He propounded dreams to be the wish fulfillments of the unconscious Id, that tries to get away without the intervention of Superego and the ego caught in between the two. Considered to be ineffective by many psychoanalysts.
