I was running up a red-carpeted staircase. When I got to the top, I looked down over the rails and saw a group of priests standing in a semicircle. The scene changed, and I was sitting in the audience of a theatre. A play was being performed. A stout man with glasses was trying to pass through an obstacle course. There was a group of witches (NOT real witches; the societal distortion of witches, ie green, warts, pointed hats, et al), and they were chanting, "Ca-tho-LIC! Ca-tho-LIC!" over and over. The witches caught the stout man, shrunk him, threw him into a box and kicked the box around. The so-called witches then forgot about the box and started chatting. Unbeknownst to them, the box opened up and the stout man rose out of the box with his arms outstretched like the guy in the famous scene from the movie Jesus Christ Superstar. Everyone in the audience burst out in applause.Does anyone have any idea what this dream could mean? IP: Logged |

I've been thinking about this dream since you posted it, Spiritua. There's a lot going on in just a paragraph! It sort of makes me think of history... when Christianity first started and they were persecuted for their faith (put in the box) but it grew and grew and then was distorted and because persecuting the pagans (witches) and eventually took over. Hrmm... IP: Logged |

Well, this is not exactly an interpretation, but I cannot help but to see this coloured by my own experience - I could have had this dream! - so I wonder if it may apply to you as well, if not even more generally. Until I express this, I do not think I will see it another way. So let me know - if it does not seem to apply to you, then I will be able to move on!Seeing my first religion - an organized religion (Baptist) - from a higher perspective caused me to leave it. I chastised it, saw it as a charade, and kicked it around - especially when I first adopted Wicca as my system of choice. After "maturing" somewhat in my wiccan beliefs, I no longer cared about the Christian organizations and gave them little thought. As I "matured" a bit more, I began to see aspects of Wicca in much the same way, especially the organized portion of it, and began a deeper search for ... something more real. To make a long story short, I came full circle and now the wisdom and Mastery that the Christ embodies blazes forth within my mind. I have a completely new understanding and respect for His teachings, but I would never have understood any of it had I not left the Church. I am by no means a Christian by the Church's definition - but then, neither was the true Jesus! IP: Logged |

I still have no idea what the dream meant. I think it was a message that some higher evolved being wanted me to send Ra for some reason. IP: Logged |

That is an odd statement. But that was an odd dream! And oddly, both are appropriate! How odd! IP: Logged |
