What do you make of this dream?

I'm on a picnic with 5 other friends. Three are very nice looking boys. I just know this, I don't feel it. The others are my girlfriends. Again I just know they were there, I didn't actually see them. It's a nice green setting, up on a hill or a cliff or something. Very relaxing.

Now for the food bit!
Everytime I slice open a water melon, it rolls away from me down the cliff. I don't see the fall, I just see it rolling away and know that it's headed down.

Then it's the eggs. The thing is, everytime I crack one open and it rolls away, it gets to the size of a water melon. Really big eggs!! Not while they're in my hand though. Also, I felt no emotion as I watched them roll away. No irritation, or frustration or anything. I just watched.

Are you going to ask me if I feel like I'm not feeling in control of my life?
Actually, I'm feeling very much in control at the moment. I've made some big decisions and stuck to them.
But there are situations beyond my control that I've had to accept for the moment. So maybe that's what the dream is trying to depict? And my not reacting shows acceptance? Okay, what do you think??

My first thoughts are about fertility, growth, newness, potential. It IS curious that these symbols of self and potential continue to roll away, but your attitude about it says much. It is natural, and I think a Law may be being expressed, which could have to do with the healing energies you have been sharing.

In the dream the law is symbolized by gravity. When something round is placed on a hill, it rolls down - quite natural. I think this is symbolic of the process of healing, as you are participating in it.

The potential (egg/melon) is in your hands, ready to be "released" (opened). The grounds are fertile (green) and the healing is being expressed in peace and balance (3 women/3 men) and also, very importantly, with some degree of dissociation ("no emotion" - "just watched"). Each situation is placed in your healing hands, awaiting your assistance in "opening" them up. After doing so, they are released and allowed to manifest/express/grow. Quite naturally and without effort when done in the correct state of being, as this is the Law, an expression of a Law of energies.

And there is also another layer to the dream which says something about releasing aspects of self, for better or worse, and knowing that this is the natural work of one on the path.

And of course there is also the layer of the dream which speaks of things beyond your control and of maintaining the non-emotional state when these manifest.

Okay, that is what I think!

Could you elaborate on this bit? I'm not sure exactly how you mean it.

Also, earlier you said,

Why sharing? I didn't see myself interact with anyone in the dream, though I was with other people.

And what is natural? Whatever Law is expressing itself? Like the *everything is okay in the end, if it's not ok, it's not the end* law?

Pardon me, I'm feeling exceptionally daft this morning.

Are you not doing some healing work through the HAH forum? This is was I meant by sharing healing energies.

There is much growth both in and around you right now, one because of the other.
