For about a month and a 1/2, 2 months, I've been having these really intense dreams.
I can't remember them, but anytime I wake up in the night, it's a jolt. It's like I'm pulled from someplace else, but I can only recall fractured images.
I've even been diving into the dreams after only a short time sleeping (I know this b/c I've been awoken several times after 5 minutes of napping in the middle of the day & had the same experience).
It's really becoming a problem.
I haven't been myself as I usually wake up tired, half the time with a headache. When I'm awake, I'm half asleep - I wore shoes from 2 different pairs yesterday, and I didn't notice until my friend asked if I meant to do that. I'm feeling more and more disconnected.
There's something I should be getting or seeing from this, I'm sure.
How do I do it?

Hi Proxieme
Sounds like something is troubling you. Is there an issue you are concerned about and can't get a handle on?
Maybe you are not relaxed when you fall asleep.
When something is troubling me I lay my hands on my chest, wipe out any thoughts and just lay there peacefully, feeling it and visualizing serenity throughout my body.
Our hands are very healing, why don't you try that tonight or whenever you take a nap next time and see whether that might help you relaxe and then you will be able to sleep better and remember your dreams...which in turn will guide you on whatever the issue is.

Big warm hug to you
