I'm still trying to recover...
Lately, I've been getting more and more interested in out of body experience and decicive that this is something I WILL learn...I read a bit about it and last night going to bed I was (again) determined that I should have an OBE as well as remembering it. I read somewhere that when your astral body leaves your physical body you can hear a small cracking sound or music or voices, and this I definatly noticed several times during night. But first in the night I had a normal dream. Or maybe connected to this, as I actually dreamt I was on a train and that someone was giving me some seeds for my garden...Anyway...Recently, we had burglars in the house and I'm not too happy about being alone at home when my husband is working night, which he did last night. I try to fight it, though. Then, this night I suddenly find myself (my astral body or whatever) out in the hall doing something to prevent any burglars from coming in. Then, the weirdest thing happens: My husband (his spirit, astral body) comes in through the door, really through, the door (without opening it). He was wearing the clothes he wore when he went to work. He tells me not to worry and go back to my body in bed, which I do.
I don't think this was a "proper" OBE as I wasn't conscious everything, but it was definatly not an ordinary dream, either. Any inputs?

I asked my husband what he had done at night shift, it turned out he had slept heavily all night through (and didn't remember what he dreamt, which he never does).
And about the train trip and the seeds I was give...the seeds were for bay, which is the tree of the Greek god Appollon...(The Delphi oracle..). Well, in the dream I was GIVEN the seeds, I still have to PLANT them and see the tree GROW...
It's a start...

Sounds like an OBE to me, even though not a conscious one.

Maintain the desire to have one consciously and you will. Try reading about OBEs before you sleep. This has spurred a few for me.

For some reasons, I find stories about OBE a bit scary (while my experience was not at all)..I guess it's the lack of fire in my natal chart that doesn't make me very courageous...I found this great site: www.jonasridgeway.com - he recommended concentrating on dreams, remembering them, etc. Especially those about flying (thinking about it, I was flying over Afghanistan last night..). That sort of feels more comfortable...
You know what, ever since I came to this forum in August my dreams have developed incredibly..Only being aware of them, discussing them, having them taken seriously, helps further development, I believe.
So thanks a lot to Lindaland!
